SHIPPING & POLICIES
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post. Normal estimated shipping is 2 to 10 business days after production. US shipping can range from one week to one month. The actual delivery time frame will vary based on your destination and customs office. We are not responsible or liable for the content and activities of Canada Post or USPS, and estimated delivery times are not guaranteed services. The majority of items will arrive within this time frame but occasionally US orders get held up by US customs and can prolong the delivery time.
When your order ships, we will notify you a shipping notification via email. If tracking service is available, we will include the tracking number in your shipping notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package).
* Delivery delays may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and holiday parcel volume. There may also be some delivery delays from December 25th to January 3rd due to statutory holidays.
Customs and Import Taxes
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any additional fees, duties or taxes charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. You may request a cancellation of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org before we start printing. We cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled if the order has been released for processing. Buyers are responsible for reviewing your order to ensure the correct item and address is submitted correctly.
If there is transit damage or order error we made, we will happily replace it. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send the defective or wrong item back to us, and we will reimburse you for the return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please see the back of your invoice for instructions on returning your product(s).
